येसरी बनाउनुहोस चिकेन Biryani सारै मीठो हुन्छ || Quick and Easy Chicken Biryani || Chef Suni

½ kg chicken or as you required
To marinate
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per the tastes
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp biryani masala
½ lime juice
2 tbsp yogurt
Chopped mint and coriander leaves
Mix it well
Cover and keep it at least for 2 hours or overnight
After 2 hours
In a deep sauce pan add 3 tbsp oil
Now let’s fry the onion (which we will use for garnishing )
Transfer the fried onion in a plate (we will use this for garnishing)
Now, in same pan add whole spices (as per your choices)
Let’s add the marinade chicken
Add 2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
Cover and cook for 15 minutes
Let’s boil the rice for biryani
In a pan boil around 2 liters of water
Add some whole spices as per the taste
Add salt as per the taste
1 tbsp ghee
4 cups Basmati rice (washed and soaked for 10 minutes)
We need to cook this only 80 percent
Strain the water
Let’s check the chicken
Now transfer the half of the chicken in a bowl
Now layer with boiled rice (use only half of the amount)
Add fried onion
Add chopped mint and coriander leaves
Add remaining half boiled rice
Add food color (optional)
You can use saffron color as well
Layer with remaining fried onion
Add chopped cilantro and mint
Cover with foil paper
Cook in a low flame for another 15 – 20 minutes
