Car carrier "Glovis Spring" Berthing.

The Glovis Spring is a 200 meter en 65,000 ton car carrier. Car carriers are some of my favorite vessels to handle, because they are very well equipped, very powerfull, professional crewed, and they are quite different to handle from other type of vessels. They are also a bit of a challenge to handle when any winds are present, since they have a very large wind area, much like cruise ships, with the difference that Cruise ships have a lot more power and thrusters.
This Particular Maneuver consisted of turning the vessel to port, for a satarboard side docking. The vessel is single screw, Fixed pitch, with bow thruster. 2 tugs were used.
