Marines Force Fitness-Lateral Side Bends
Dynamic Warm-up
General Mobility
Preparation:
The Marine will stand tall with their hands on their hips and feet hip width apart.
Execution:
The Marine will keep the feet, hips, and head facing forward while leaning to the side. They will return to the starting position before bending to the opposite side.
Common Mistakes:- Bending forward
