MONSTER PERCH ENCOUNTER - Night Free Diving with Stockholm Apnea

Never free dive alone! Especially during the night. A couple of freedivers from Stockholm Apnea, went to the lime stone quarry Stora Vika to freedive in the middle of the night - "Night free diving". I've done night snorkeling before, but this was something different!

We were 9 divers in the water, everyone had strong dive lights, and safety was a big priority. This allowed us to dive deeper and explore.

It was arount 6-7 meters down when I saw them! Two huge perch! The biggest ones I've ever seen, and they weren't that afraid of me. I managed to come real close, it was an amazing experience!
