It was viewed as Andrews' warm-up for her return to Broadway two years later in "Victor/Victoria." "Putting It Together" also starred Rachel York, Michael Rupert, Stephen Collins, and Christopher Durang. Andrews' old pal Carol Burnett later took "Putting It Together" to Broadway.
