1 32 oz box beef broth
1 large sweet onion sliced
Oil / flour to coat meat
Sazon herbs de Provence salt seasoning salt garlic powder onion powder pepper
Cooking red wine
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar. Opinional. Or even use less
2 Capfulls rice wine vinegar
Distilled white vinegar to wash meat
