𝗛𝗶𝗻𝘁: Most of Blue Bolters are appeared in old town but "Presents" are like DROP's (𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳 𝗢𝗻-𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲) from Airdrop which is also can count as Present. You can wait for the Airdrop or find the hidden Airdrops at the Slums... 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 is quicker than Blue Bolters you will have difficult chasing them but if you master your Grappling Hook you should be good.

To attract Blue Bolters you need to make a noise harder or lucky he will spawn close to you. Spam your Survivor Sense [Q].
