TOP CHARTS OF THE DAY FOR 4/9/24 – $ACRV $MDIA $RUN $SAVA

2024/04/09 – Tuesday Top Charts of the Day by Harry Boxer, TheTechTrader.com.

The stock market had a nice comeback at the end of the day on Tuesday and a lot of our stocks did well. Let’s take a look at some of the stocks I’m highlighting here.

Acrivon Therapeutics, Inc. (ACRV) exploded on big volume on Tuesday and went from 3.43 to 11.90, before pulling back to finish up 3.43, or 58%, to close at 9.34, on a whopping 38.3 million shares traded. It was a big day for that stock and any extension might get it into the mid-teens.

MediaCo Holding Inc. (MDIA) also exploded on Tuesday. and has literally gone from 49 cents, a 15-fold increase in about a week, before the pullback on Friday. On Tuesday, it resumed and advanced another 1.56, or 52%, to close at 4.59, on 72.4 million shares traded, reaching a high of 6.86. If this continues, it might see high single digits.

Sunrun Inc. (RUN) formed an inverse head and shoulders in Feb and Mar, and since solar stocks are waking up, this might be one to keep an eye on. On Tuesday it popped 1.06, or 9%, to close at 12.94, on 15.4 million shares traded. If it gets over 13.60, it might make a run towards 16 and 17.

Cassava Sciences, Inc. (SAVA) popped on Tuesday and moved up 1.93, or 8%, to close at 25.50, on 1.9 million shares traded. It is right at resistance. The consolidation of the resistance in this zone could lead this stock to the low 30’s.

Other stocks on the long side include Absci Corporation (ABSI), AudioEye, Inc. (AEYE), ProShares Ultra Silver (AGQ), Beamr Imaging Ltd. (BMR), ProShares Ultra Bloomberg Natural Gas (BOIL), FingerMotion, Inc. (FNGR), Direxion Daily Junior Gold Miners Index Bull 2X Shares (JNUG), MP Materials Corp. (MP), Moderna, Inc. (MRNA), Nurix Therapeutics, Inc. (NRIX), Pan American Silver Corp. (PAAS), Root, Inc. (ROOT), and Sight Sciences, Inc. (SGHT).
