Best Coca-Cola Chicken Recipe / 可乐鸡 Cooking Chinese Food

This delicious recipe is great for the whole family. You and the kids will for sure kill a lot of rice, the sauce is great with rice.
Ingredients:
Chicken Legs (Or wings) 6-8
1 bottle of Coke (20oz)
4-5 thing slices of Ginger
3 clove of Garlic
3 Star Anise
4 tbsp cooking oil
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Chinese cooking wine

1. Heat the cooking oil, then fried the chicken with ginger and garlic, star anise. For about 3 minutes.
2. Add cooking wine and soy sauce, stir fry for a few minutes.
3. Add coke mix well with chicken, medium heat cook the chicken until the inside reaches 165 degrees
4. Take the chicken out on the plate, cook the sauce down on high heat. Then pour the sauce on the chicken
5. Finish with sesame seeds on top.
