Ye recipe unke liye perfect hai jo healthy khana chahte hain bina taste compromise kiye. Steam karke banaya hai, phir thoda sa shallow fry kiya hai taaki bahar se crispy ho jaye. Chatni ke sath khane me maza double ho jata hai!
**Ingredients:**
**For Dough:**
- Gehun ka atta 2 cup
- Besan 1 tbsp, Suji 2 tbsp
- Ajwain, Namak, Haldi
- Tel 2 tbsp
**For Stuffing:**
*2 cup chana dal
- Grind ki hui chana dal
- Besan, Jeera powder, Lal mirch, Namak, Haldi
- Garam masala, Tel, Amchur powder
**For Chutney:**
- Hara dhaniya, Pudina, Lahsun, Hari mirch
- Pyaz, Curry patta, Jeera, Kala namak, Dahi
