Metal Guitarist Tries Saxophone for the First Time | Sax Vlog: 01

I'm finally ready to share what I've been working on for the past month. This is the first bit of recorded footage on my first day of trying the saxophone. I've always liked the sound of a saxophone. I didn't know it at the time, but I listened to Kenny G in the car on cassettes as a child. My parents played his tapes all the time. I also heard saxophone on many other songs growing up.

I bought a cheap saxophone from Amazon because I wanted to see if I would actually enjoy it first. I also don't have the money to buy a really good one. So far, I'm really enjoying it. I look forward to sharing with you my new saxophone journey.

Yes, I still play the guitar. This will be an additional instrument I hope to simply add to my musical repertoire. =)
