Akai Force Midi Multi - Converting my hardware studio to USB

I removed all my midi cables and replaced it with e 10 port USB hub.

The Akai Force and MPC's now support midi multi, when I first heard about I thoughts kind of cool you could plug a keystep or something into it, but it is so much more.

Everyone one of my synths that has a usb port is automatically recognized by the force and that usb cable can do MIDI IN,OUT and THRU with 1 cable.

So I plug an powered 10 port USB hub into the force, and plug all my synths into the usb hub.

The force will then let you route them however you like, want to sequence a neutron with the td3 you can, want sequence the td3 with the monologue you can. You can sequence the monologue from the digitakt, or the digitakt from the monologue, or sequence them all from the FA--06. or have them all play their own sequencers along with the FORCE, or just use the forces sequencer to sequence everything.

All the Audio is going into my 12 channel mixer and then into the Force, so you can sidechain or EQ etc. You can record any of the incomming midi to the force, or record the audio.

You can make it start the digitakt and record it to an audio loop.

Midi Multi is amazing.
