🥬 Jade Hummus — smooth, fresh, and a green twist you didn’t know you needed.
🍚 Koshari — carbs on carbs, but make it iconic. Egyptian comfort in a bowl.
🍨 Cennet Camuru — crispy filo, pistachio richness, ice cream… basically dessert doing too much (in a good way).
