Gömt i skogarna nära byn Gottne i Anundsjö socken i Ångermanland ligger Östansjösjön med sina gamla fäbodar. I slutet av 1800-talet byggdes en unik spång över sjön, en gångbro som vilar på flytmossa. Dessa mosskuddar bildar en särskilt ekosystem som bidrar till artrikedomen i naturparadiset Östansjö fäbodarna.

Deep in the forests near village Gottne in Anundsjö / Ångermanland lays lake Östansjösjön with its beautiful old hill farm log houses. At the end of the 19th century a unique bridge was built over the lake, a footbridge resting on large tufts of floating mosses. These mosses form a very special habitat for plants and animals.
