Mountain climbers are a dynamic exercise that challenges core stability, coordination, and conditioning.

Drive one knee toward your chest, then quickly switch sides while maintaining a steady rhythm. Stay light on your feet and focus on keeping your hips controlled instead of bouncing excessively.

Maintain a strong plank position throughout the exercise while moving with speed and control.
