Roast Beef with Michael's Home Cooking

How to make a Roast Beef cooked to medium rare, simply delicious! See description below video for more information.

Ingredients:

1 top sirloin roast about 3 1/2 pounds
kosher salt about a tablespoon
pepper

The temperature probe makes this foolproof and easy.
The oven temperature is lower for an evenly baked roast.
Bake till the internal temperature is 125F for medium rare.
I bake @ 275F oven temperature.
