Amish Quilt- Orpha Miller Hand Stitching Quilt For 2021 Eagle Valley Auction

Our mother Orpha Miller is hand stitching a beautiful quilt for the Eagle Valley Annual Auction held on May 15, 2021. The video of Mom is being recorded only a few weeks before the date of the auction.

A lucky person will take this quilt home on May 15, 2021.

For people who are concerned about the pandemic, we can assure you that there is freedom to travel in Montana with no restrictions, no safety concerns and no masks once you are off the airplane.

Our first auction was held in the early 1980s and had one quilt for sale and that was handmade by our mother. Now, at age 86 she is still providing one quilt for each auction but now there are usually dozens or up to 100 or more quilts sent in by crafters from across the country. All of the quilts go to the highest bidder. You must be present at the auction in order to bid on a quilt.
