AWS re:Invent 2020: Getting started building your first serverless web application

In this talk, Emily Shea, senior partner development manager at AWS, shares first-hand experience and practical steps for getting started with building serverless web applications. Emily wanted to build a solution to an everyday problem: regularly practicing a second language. This session walks through the process of evolving that solution from an AWS Lambda function into a fully featured application that uses Amazon API Gateway, AWS Lambda, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon QuickSight, the AWS Amplify Console, and more.
