Angela Rayner says Labour 'won't be able to reverse everything the Conservatives have done'

Angela Rayner, Labour's deputy leader has reacted to the party's win in the Rutherglen and Hamilton West by-election, saying "The result shows we are on track to continue with the plan of listening to the public."

Ms Rayner said "we're very determined to give Britain its future back" and that "we will change Britain for the better".
