TinyAVR series 1, ATtiny1614, progammed as SR Latch without any external components.
Pin PA1 reset
PA2 set
PA4 output

Output of Latch connected to MOSFET, turning 12 volt bulb (or any other load) on and off.
Set signal keeps output high until reset signal received.

The MCU can be used as normal, 3 pins occupied by the latch.

SR Latch setup in the Configurable Custom Logic implemented in the MCUs hardware, saving space, power and cost.

You can add under voltage, over voltage, over load handling and a lot of other things related to power handling very easy.
