HOW TO REPLACE FUEL FILTER ON ESPAR D2 DIESEL HEATER | Part 1 to fix the white smoke problem

Our Espar D2 Heater has been a great addition to our self-converted Sprinter Camper Van, keeping us warm in cooler weather. But recently it has been having trouble firing up consistently, and it belches white smoke occasionally. This video shows how we easily replaced the fuel filter and TEMPORARILY (see below) solved that problem.

And here is a list of tools needed:
- 17mm wrench
- 12mm wrench
- Pliers
- Slotted screwdriver
- 90 degree Precision Pick
- Paper towels
- Latex gloves (optional)

Our advice to you: Install the High Altitude Kit when you install the heater!
