Recorded live at a Woody Guthrie "Tribute" concert at the Hollywood Bowl on Sept. 12, 1970. The song was written by Goebel Reeves, a real song-writing hobo also known as the "Texas Drifter." It is said to have been one of Woody Guthrie's favorite songs.
