Didn't want to make it part of the "Story" series since it doesn't tell a complete story. There's not enough of Ra's al Ghul to make it just about him, so we though it'd be better to expand it to the League of Assassins. A lot of you asked for Ra's so this is what we thought was best. As far as the Arkham series goes, this is the last of the "stories." Penguin is almost always relegated to uninteresting side missions, and Riddler is too much fetch quests and not enough story.
