3:12 - Break before, hell

3:47 - transforms into challenging
3:49 - challenging
4:10 - transforms into hell
4:31 - hell begins
5:05 - Hell at maximum difficulty
5:12 - build up to 30 kps vibro
5:20 - 25 kps
5:34 - builds up to vibro (30 kps)
