Samuel Leeds BRRR FAILURE

In February 2019 Samuel Leeds purchases 73 Lowson Street for £63,000 through Luke Developments Ltd. He then spent a minimum of £7,000 on refurbishments and £1000's in fees. The property sold at a loss in June 2020 for just £68,000. Samuel Leeds claims to be an expert in Buy Refurbish Refinance but fails to make money doing it himself.
