Patent is an exclusive right granted by the National/International Agency for an invention that is new, involves an inventive step and is capable of industrial application. Quantum of Assistance: 100% actual expenses (including filing fees, consultancy fees, search fees, maintenance fees and Publishing fees) upto 25 Lac
Time Limit: within three months of the Electricity Connection.
Penal : refunding assistance with compound rate of interest @ 12% per annum and facing legal action
