Wood Stove Hearth Pad Build & Install in the Workshop EP 4 of 7

This is how I made a stand to elevate the wood stove off the ground. For code its mandatory in a shop space that has a door large enough to park a vehicle inside. Something about gas fumes hovering just above the floor so this supposedly raised the flame above the potential risk area. Personally I prefer it up anyhow so I don't have to bend over.
The color difference between the stones & the stove has grown on me, I like it...
