Caesar Salad Part 1 with Sprouts, homemade mayonnaise,dehydrated tomatoes and multigrain bread
Caesar Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- Multigrain bread (No Maida ) (cut into pieces)
- Olive oil
- Sliced cucumber
- Lettuce (4 leaves, sliced)
- Sliced olives (3)
- Sliced jalapeños (2)
- Dehydrated tomatoes
- Pressure-cooked moong (1 whistle)
(reserve some moong and cooked water for soup)
- Salt
- Pepper (crushed)
- Homemade healthy mayonnaise
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pan ( brush little oil on pan) add Multigrain bread pieces, and crispy fry them.
2. In a bowl, mix sliced cucumber, lettuce, olives, jalapeños, dehydrated tomatoes, and cooked moong.
3. Add salt, pepper, and homemade mayonnaise. Mix well.
4. Top the salad with crispy bread croutons and Parmesan cheese (if using).
5. Enjoy your delicious and healthy Caesar Salad
