Scarborough Fair (corrected stereo) - Sergio Mendes & Brasil '66

When A&M released the FOOL ON THE HILL album by Sergio Mendes & Brasil '66, they used a processing so that the record would sound OK on mono radios and turntables. This HAECO-CSG system was new and altered the phase of one of the stereo channels 90°.

As a result, if you listen to the album in headphones, you'll notice an off-balance, unfocused sound in the supposedly centered vocals.

This video corrects that imbalance by neutralizing the 90° shift. The image is of the standard stock single which was made in mono, but this is the corrected stereo version.
