These Prawns appetizers are the best ever. Grilled & juices added to a shot glass of sherry. So good

Hello Beautiful., we love spending time in NYC and eating at many of the amazing restaurants. These prawns are so delicious. My hubby didn’t think he would like the shooter part of the recipe but he loved it. The prawns are grilled to perfection. The head is then removed and the juices added to a shot of sherry. OMG! It’s so amazing. I’m going to try making a version of this at home. Can’t wait to see how it comes out.
