340lbs x 5 rep ssb squat(rep pr) Week 3 531 BBB

Had to swap the ssb bar instead of buffalo bar due to a left pectoral tweak training on Friday! Ill be bacl benching within 1-2 months while fixing my imbalances over the next 90 days! Very happy to do the same weight as prescribed with just a belt and the thompson bowtie!
