LAST DAY | Morebus Breezer 1644 (HF66 CFP) on the Bluestar 6: Albion Place - Freemantle Church ⛪️

With everything, times have to change eventually. The Bluestar 6 route from Southampton to Lymington has reached its end being a normal route not part of a brand. So I decided to do a little trip to bid farewell to one of my favourite routes on the Bluestar - now Morebus - network.

Today, I go out on its last ever 18:55 journey, with @HTE755 next to me for the majority of the video - Hi there! - his friend @transportfanofficial, William Plays Roblox, Jasper Curtis, BluestarBusFan999 (downstairs), and some other enthusiasts I am not familiar with.

This will now form the New Forest Breezer Alliance, with routes 81 and 82 (formerly Morebus X1/X2 connecting Lymington, New Milton, and Bournemouth) also joining. This route in particular shall be known as the 86, and will be fully joining there network from Saturday 23rd May, as you heard in the announcement on approach to Four Post Hill.

Now as for everything, on behalf of myself and probably the other enthusiasts who joined with myself and the Bluestar 6 ride in general today,

Thank you, Bluestar and Solent Blue Line, for providing this service for all of these years. Now we see a gap between the Bluestar 5 and 7, which will hopefully be filled later this year with the new routes from Southampton to Whiteley.

For now, until I ride the 81, 82, and 86, it’s farewell to the trio of long-distance routes out of Lymington to Southampton and Bournemouth. They will be missed, dearly, by all.
