In a couple of months I'll post a full review of the compass. I still need some more time to get a really good feel for its strengths and weaknesses. Initially, I am impressed with the features and the accuracy of this compass.

The equation to determine how tall an object is using a clinometer:
A = tan a
B = tan b
H = Height
D = Distance
H = (A + B) × D
