This week for shoes day we're chatting all about the Reebok Floatride Energy 3.0. Eric usually tries to keep it to one minute but this running shoe is just too good and at $100 it's the best deal going in the running industry.

If you're in need of a lightweight trainer that you can use everyday but also get up and go in, this is your shoe. The most versatile trainer on the shoe wall got just a little better this year as it shaved off .5oz and the fit and feel of the upper has improved.
