I have tried it before in the hills of Uttarakhand & it always tastes yummy 🤤

Ingredients:
Hara dhania-100 gms
Hara pudina- 100 gms
Dried red chillies-2
Ginger-1 inch
Garlic- 6-7
Green chillies-1
Jeera-1 tsp
Dry coriander seeds-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric-1/2 tsp
Dahi- 100 gms
Cucumber-1 nos
Crushed mustard seeds-1 tsp
