CREAMY SPINACH PASTA - Mrs Vahchef

A delicious pasta dish with fresh spinach and fresh cream. Creamy spinach pasta looks and tastes great.

Ingredients:

Pasta ½ cup
Salt to taste
Olive oil 2 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
All purpose flour 1 tsp
Milk 1 cup
Chopped spinach 1 cup
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Red chilly flakes ½ tsp
Origano ½ tsp
Mixed herbs 1 tsp
Fresh cream 1 tbsp
Cheese 1 tsp

METHOD:

First of all boil pasta in hot water with some salt in it.
Now take some olive oil in a hot pan and add some chopped garlic, all purpose flour and mix it well.
Add milk, chopped spinach, black pepper powder, red chilly flakes, origano, mixed herbs, salt and mix it nicely.
Switch off the flame then add fresh cream and mix it properly.
Now add boiled pasta and mix it thoroughly.
Take it in a serving bowl and add grated cheese in it.
