This video discusses the beginning steps to take if you desire to begin using and distributing your sebum from your scalp to your hair strands. These are the techniques and procedures I used to get full coverage of sebum. One thing I forgot to mention is that if you have been using products with silicones in them, you will need to use a sulfate shampoo to remove them from your hair.
