Northgard: How to get ~20 warriors end of 802 [Goat Clan]

In this Video Gameplay Guide i wanted to show you how to get a big army (around 20 warriors) at the end of the year 802 with the Goat Clan. I hope this Tutorial is not confusing - being so short. If so, feel free to let me know in the comments.
