Allstate Puch 250 SGS Twingle teardown of junkyard engine. Part 1

NOTE: This engine was run on oil that was NOT for use in 2 stroke engines. Please see video #13 on cleaning the mufflers and baffles in a hot tank. What a mess! Old engine from a junkyard looks like it was run on 4 cycle oil. Rings and pistons are stuck, so I needed to make a tool to help get the pistons out. Grease gun can be used to hydraulic force stuck pistons out, but will not work on 2-stroke. ( A steel plate with real good grade 8mm bolts to hold it on, as a broken off bolt would have been more trouble.)
Heat from a torch was used to remove the exhaust studs.
Part 1 of this was a project requiring over 5 hours, but I learned a lot.
Was a fun day if you don't count the bad words.
Turns out this is a perfectly good engine that I will fix.
