Tuesday is Groundhog Day, which means that Punxsutawney Phil has made his annual prediction (6 more weeks of winter!), but TODAY’s Al Roker takes a dim view of the ritual. “It’s ridiculous!” he exclaims. “It’s snowing in Punxsutawney!” He also points out that out of 125 years, there have been only two dozen times the groundhog hasn’t seen his shadow: “What are the odds?”
