I Tried Mero’s Controller Settings… These Felt BROKEN 😳🎮

In this video I decided to test the controller settings used by Fortnite pro Mero to see how they actually feel in real gameplay. 🎮👀

Mero is widely considered one of the best controller players in the world, known for his incredibly consistent aim, fast edits, and dominant fighting ability in Fortnite. Because of his success at the highest level, many controller players are curious about the exact sensitivity and settings he uses.

A lot of Fortnite players believe that copying professional controller settings can help improve their aim, editing speed, tracking, and overall confidence in fights. However, every sensitivity feels different depending on the player, so the only real way to know if these settings are actually good is to test them in real gameplay.

So in this video I switched to Mero’s exact controller settings and tested them in fights to compare them to my normal setup.

At first the settings felt very different. The sensitivity felt fast but controlled, especially during close-range fights and quick edits. It took a few clips to adjust to the speed and responsiveness, and at the start it felt slightly harder to stay consistent.

As I kept playing, everything started to feel smoother and more natural. My edits became quicker, my movement felt more responsive, and my overall control improved. Some clips actually surprised me with how clean and consistent they looked once I adapted to the settings.

The aim also started to feel more controlled during fights, and tracking felt smoother compared to what I was used to before. Even though it took time to adjust, the overall gameplay started to feel more confident and aggressive.

But the real question is…

Are Mero’s controller settings actually overpowered for regular players, or do they only feel this good because of his elite mechanics and experience at the highest level?

Can switching to a pro player’s settings really improve your gameplay, or does it depend more on your own skill and playstyle?
