Flash floods due to unusually heavy seasonal rains kill dozens in Afghanistan
Flash floods from heavy seasonal rains have killed dozens of people in Afghanistan, officials have said. According to the U.N. food agency the western province of Ghor has been the most affected by the floods. (AP production by Fazel Rahman Faizi) Read more here:
