A shocking CCTV footage has emerged From Australia where an unidentified man was seen throwing a homemade bomb targeting a crowd of people gathered at an Invasion Day rally in Perth City Centre. According to WA Police, the 31-year-old culprit who was seen hurling a device towards the crowd of about 2,500 protesters has been detained. The man has been charged with unlawful act or omission with intent to harm as well as making or possession of explosives under suspicious circumstances, police said.
