[7:00] His 2-year long experience with the “Nose to Tail Carnivore” diet
[7:30] “98% of people are going to tell you that Kale is healthier than steak. And I believe with every fiber of my being that that is completely wrong.”
[8:30] How do you not become nutrient-deficient on a carnivore diet?
[11:00] Bioavailability of nutrients in plants vs. bioavailability of nutrients in meat
[14:30] The argument against meat-only diets leading to scurvy
[18:30] Meat and organs are integral for optimal human performance and all plants are on a toxicity spectrum

[24:30] a very important aspect of trying more “exotic” foods - like liver, brains, etc.
[26:00] the difference between vitamin D from animals vs. vitamin D from the sun
[29:00] raw liver “shooters” and other obstacles for non-insane people wanting to try carnivore
[30:30] “Kale or broccoli… these are just not foods that any human should be eating in any amount if we want to thrive.”
[32:00] Hallucinating… on soybeans?
[34:00] High-Blood Pressure, Cholesterol, and Heart Disease
[45:00] Reintroducing plant foods after extended periods of carnivore
[55:30] Carbohydrate intolerance and insulin sensitivity
