There's nothing better than sitting down on a chilly evening to a hearty stew and warm bread! The great thing about stew is that you don't really need a recipe for it to turn out delicious. You can just put in what vegetables you have on hand and whatever meat you like, add salt and herbs, fill the pot up with stock ( you don't want it to cover the vegetables, it should be about two thirds of the way up) and let it simmer away! Paired with fresh, warm bread you cant really get any better! 🍁
