Annu Kapoor recalls when he was once rejected by Barry John for not having the 'face for the role'

Veteran actor Annu Kapoor recently reminisced about an incident which left a scar on his mind for quite a sometime. While talking about his National School of Drama days, Annu Kapoor revealed that he was once rejected for a role in his play by Barry John despite him being the 'top scorer'. The role eventually went to someone else and the reason ironically was Annu Kapoor's 'face' as Barry John didn't find his looks 'fit for the role'.
