Each web input into the re-aligner will produce a 6-page broadsheet or a 12-page tabloid (when using the folder slitter).
Compact and versatile unit with operator friendly features.
Made in the USA with high quality components like Seal Master, Dodge, Baldor and Dayton.
The unit will slit each incoming web into two (2) similar or dissimilar ribbons. Each ribbon will be repositioned for correct placement over the former board.
One draw roller and one slitter assembly that will be driven by one (1) 3 HP AC motor and drive assembly. Choice of voltage input.
Two chrome plated motorized angle bars & two chrome plated stationary angle bars. Angle bars are drilled for air and pre-plumbed to manifold and on board blower.
One full page linear motorized compensator.
Two pneumatic trolley assemblies & One pneumatic slitter assembly.
