Gianluca Busio: Could he be heading to Man Utd or Fiorentina? | Youth Spotlight

Signed at 15 years old by Sporting Kansas City, Gianluca Busio was on his way to breaking into the professional ranks. Although he's a KC homegrown, his path to the pros came with a unique twist. At 14 BUsio left his home in North Carolina to live with a host family in Kansas, putting him closer to an MLS club and even closer to his goal of playing professional soccer.

This season, Busio made his pro debut, and notched an assist in his first MLS start. With immense talent and a high ceiling, Busio's future is bright.
