Innsbruck trolleybuses routes O and R in the period 1989 to 1992

Innsbruck must be one of the few cities that installed two trolleybus systems. The first 3-route system closed in 1976 but in consideration of climate issues, a second 2-route system opened in 1988. In the early naughties, the IVB decided to close the second system and concentrate in upgrading the tramway and the last trolleybus ran in 2007.
