Old Rusty Butcher's Knife Restoration

I found my lost knife in the forest with metal detector. I made this knife 4 years ago, but this material is unalloyed low carbon iron, so it isn't too hard. I Mostly just use hand tools for this project.
It leaves a scratch on the surface despite a lot of filing.. since it is smooth iron the training was not real either.
